Pathfinder Poem

Hold on to everything that you have learned

Hold on to your friends

Even if they are pulling away

Hold on to the year

Even if it wasn't your favorite

Hold on to your laughter

Even if your personality changes

Hold on to every ones bright cheery smiles

Even though you aren’t with them any more

Hold on to being a Pathfinder

Even when we all move along
